Returns/Exchanges

For items purchased through my online shop, I can accept returns within 2 weeks of your receipt of the item**. Items must be unworn with no signs of wear and tear. You are responsible for shipping costs.

**Holiday Returns or Exchanges: I’ll accept return inquiries up until two weeks into the new year to allow time for gifting.

 

Custom work:

Custom jewelry is made specifically for you, per your specifications, therefore all custom work is non-refundable.
